3. Service Delivery Process
Step 1: Document Submission
Clients must submit all required documents via our secure portal, email, or in person. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
Step 2: Service Processing & Review
Tax Preparation: Returns are prepared within 1-5 business days (varies based on complexity), and clients receive a draft for review.
Bookkeeping & Accounting: Regular financial reports are provided based on the selected service package.
Step 3: Client Approval & Filing
Tax returns are filed only after client approval and signature.
Financial reports are shared periodically as agreed in the service package.
4. Turnaround Time
Tax Preparation: 1-5 business days
Bookkeeping & Accounting Reports: Based on service agreement (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Expedited Service: Available for an additional fee
5. Payment Policy
Payment is due before submission to the IRS/state or before delivery of accounting services.
Accepted payment methods:Stripe (Online Payments)
Direct Wire Transfers
Cash (In-person only)
Credit Card Terminal (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
6. Refund Policy
A 50% refund is available only if the service has not been fully completed or submitted to the IRS/state or before bookkeeping reports have been finalized.
No refunds will be issued after tax returns have been filed or financial reports have been delivered.
Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment.
7. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete tax and financial documents.
Respond promptly to requests for additional information.
Review tax returns and financial reports carefully before approval.
8. Amendments & Corrections
If an error is due to our oversight, we will amend the return or report at no additional charge.
If changes are required due to client omissions, standard amendment fees apply.
